Using the site and booking lessons means you accept these terms. Pricing and refunds are also part of the deal — they are not hidden in a different voice.

The service
MathyBrain provides paid 1:1 online maths lessons for KG–Grade 10, including a ₹99 trial session. We do not guarantee school marks. We do guarantee the refund rule on the refund page.
Bookings
The parent or guardian books the session. You are responsible for the accuracy of the class and topic you select on the form.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse tutors, record sessions in secret if you have agreed they are recorded in our system, or scrape the site to harvest teaching materials for a competing product. Do not send us a child’s data you are not allowed to send.
Liability
Lessons are teaching, not therapy or an official educational assessment. If we get a safeguarding report wrong, that is on us to fix in process — email immediately.
