Refund policy, in the same language as the pricing page.
Unused lessons in the current billing month are refunded in full if you cancel. We do not keep a deposit. We do not run 6- or 12-month lock-in contracts.
What is refunded
If you cancel, every lesson in the current month that has not been taken is refunded in full to the original payment method, within a reasonable bank timeline. Lessons already taken in that month are not refunded.
How to cancel
Email info@geekashram.in from the parent address on the account before the next billing date. Write ‘cancel’ and the child name. You should not need to stay on a call to be allowed to leave.
Trial lesson
The live session is ₹99, paid when you book. If we cannot run the class, that ₹99 is refunded in full. If the class takes place and you do not continue, the ₹99 is the fee for that lesson. Monthly billing starts only when you enrol, with unused lessons in that first month still covered by this policy.
What this policy is not
It is not a guarantee that the child will like maths, or that school marks will move on a date we name. It is a money rule. The teaching standard lives on the method page; the money rule lives here.
