Privacy policy
We collect what we need to run a lesson and an invoice. We do not sell children’s data. This is a launch-site policy and will get more specific as the product does — we will date every change.

What we collect
- Parent name, email, and optional phone
- Child’s class, preferred slot, and lesson notes
- Lesson notes, attendance, and session recordings
- Payment metadata from our processor (we do not want your full card number on our own disk)
What we use it for
To deliver lessons, to keep the child safe, to invoice you, and to email you things you asked for (scheduling, session notes). We do not use a child’s work as marketing copy.
Who we share with
The assigned tutor, tools that host video and email, and the law if we are compelled. Not advertisers. Not a data broker. Not a random ‘AI partner’ for training.
Your choices
Ask for a copy, a correction, or a deletion at info@geekashram.in. Recordings and notes needed for a live safeguarding issue may be retained longer than marketing lists. We will say when we cannot delete yet, and why.
Children
The parent is the account holder. We do not knowingly run a child-only account. See also safeguarding.
